Action e-lert: How do you envision getting around Boston in 2030?

The City is taking an unprecedented active approach to planning Boston's transportation future, and now it's time for you-and lots of residents, visitors, workers and neighbors of Boston-to show up in support and to share your ideas.

Friday, May 8 (11:30-7:30)
& Saturday, May 9 (10:00-4:00)
@ China Trade Center, 2 Boylston St, Boston

Swing by for a few minutes or stay all day.

Come hear Mayor Walsh speak about transportation at 12 noon on Friday, his first public talk on the subject since announcing commitment to Vision Zero, Comm Ave, and more in March.

Collecting your questions in February

Please RSVP to join us, and invite your friends, colleagues and neighbors. Whether they live right in Boston or not, and whether you have talked to them about our streets before or not, forward this along. Ask them to join you for this important event.

We already know that LivableStreets members have plenty of amazing ideas about how to transform Boston and its streets: this is your chance to share them directly with the city in an interactive and hands-on space.

This is the sort of public engagement we have all been asking for! LivableStreets is proud to be serving on the Mayor's Advisory Committee for this initiative.

It's free and open to the public and all ages are welcome.

There will be something for everyone at the Visioning Lab. Come hear the Mayor's opening remarks over lunch and bring a few colleagues. Meet up with friends after work on Friday night for a discussion followed by drinks. Swing by between errands on Saturday or bring the family for a day of interactive activities. The event will include performances, a data visualization gallery, emerging technology demonstrations and more!
