Hines, in partnership with the Boston Planning and Development Agency (BPDA) and the MBTA, invites you to a Pre-Construction Open House on the South Station Transportation Center improvements. Construction of the South Station Air Rights Project is beginning in early 2020. The Open House is an opportunity to present details about the project, impacts and benefits to South Station users, and construction details. Stop in anytime between 4:30 - 6:30 pm to learn about the project and speak with members of the project team.

The South Station Air Rights Project will include the completion of the South Station Transportation Center. The bus terminal will be expanded, increasing its capacity by 50%, and will provide more convenient connections to train and subway. As a result, tracks and platforms will be completely covered and the outdoor concourse area will be transformed into an architecturally significant gateway to the city.
