Design Museum Mornings with Isabel Zempel

February’s Design Museum Mornings will feature Isabel Zempel, a Landscape Architect and Principal at Sasaki Associates who leads the design of the International Site Practice. Isabel brings a multicultural perspective to place making, having spent her career in designing spaces around the world. Raised and educated in Germany, Isabel sees public spaces through the lens of a ceaseless, curious traveler. Her presentation will focus on the cross cultural approaches to place making and why you can’t take a cookie cutter approach to design them.

February’s Design Museum Mornings presentation is sponsored by Red Thread and will take place in their brand new office on the 6th floor of 101 Seaport Boulevard. Join us for a great morning of design discussion, paired with breakfast, coffee, and Purity Organic juices!

Doors open at 8:30am; Presentation begins at 9:00am
