The MBTA is sharing proposed changes that are the first step in their efforts to improve bus service and the system as a whole. They are looking for your observations and feedback to inform their decision making. In order to gather this feedback, the MBTA is hosting 7 Open Houses at bus stations across the city, where you can stop by anytime they are there.
