The Community Preservation Act, if passed this fall, will help generate millions of dollars to help make capital upgrades to open space.  While some of Boston's parks are in great condition, many others are in disrepair.  Equipment is decades old and not meeting the needs of the community.  Far too many properties lack amenities like working water fountains, seating that's in good condition, and bike racks.  Do you know a playground or other public outdoor space that is falling apart and needs a major overhaul?
