First, Uber and Lyft are threatening to leave Minneapolis in May, saying it's because of new local rules imposed on the companies. Then, two rideshare drivers share their perspectives on a potential ballot question that would address whether Uber and Lyft workers in Massachusetts are employees or independent contractors.
