This roundtable will include a select group of approximately forty leading transportation, energy, and planning professionals. The event will begin with a brief synopsis of some of the latest UC Davis research related to the 3 Revolutions (3Rs) in transportation: sharing, electrification, and automation. Boston University will also introduce their research on vehicle electrification and infrastructure. The rest of the day will be devoted to in-depth exploration of each of the 3Rs. There will also be an opportunity to discuss strategies for regional collaboration—for Boston specifically as well as among and within regions elsewhere in the nation. Participants will discuss the best strategies for building policy partnerships regionally, nationally, and internationally.
