Route 107 Corridor Study

Wednesday, January 27, 2016
6:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Salem High School Auditorium
77 Willson Street, Salem, MA

The Massachusetts Department of Transportation (MassDOT), in partnership with the Cities of Salem and Lynn, is studying Route 107 (Highland/Western Avenue) between Chestnut Street in Lynn and Boston Street in Salem. This study will propose improvements to address existing transportation issues for motorists, transit users, pedestrians, and bicyclists.

At the first public information meeting, the project team will introduce the study and provide an overview of the project purpose, coordination with the Working Group, and the work to date, including an assessment of existing and projected transportation conditions. The public is encouraged to attend to learn more about the study and provide feedback. Those who have not already done so can take an online survey to help MassDOT identify ways to make travel through Route 107 safer and more efficient.

For more information and to take the online survey, visit the study website.
