North Station Area Mobility Action Plan: Public Meeting on Action Items

The Boston Planning & Development Agency (BPDA) and the Boston Transportation Department (BTD), in conjunction with other city departments, will host a public meeting for the North Station Area Mobility Action Plan (NSAMAP). This meeting follows the public meeting held for this project in November, at which the team presented consolidated action items and solicited the public’s prioritization of those action items, as well as an online survey soliciting feedback. This meeting will present the results of that feedback, and a draft selection of projects to be designed and/or implemented as part of this Action Plan, as well as medium and longer term projects.

The Action Plan, announced in November 2015, will develop both a range of near-term and longer-term implementable solutions for the improvement of transportation in areas adjacent to North Station, including the Bulfinch Triangle, the TD Bank Garden, Charles River Park, the Brook Courthouse, Nashua Street, and Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH).

In case of inclement weather, a snow date has been scheduled for January 25, 2016, from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM at the same location. Notice will be sent out in the event of postponement.
