The MBTA Capital Investment Plan (CIP) is a rolling, five-year investment program that funds the planning, construction, and capital maintenance of assets across the transit system. At this meeting, the MBTA will provide an overview of the proposed FY 2023 – 2027 MBTA CIP and discuss some of their key capital projects.

The MBTA invites comments from the public on the proposed FY 2023 – 2027 CIP. Tell them which programs you're excited about, and what investments you'd like to see them make.  

During the meeting, attendees will have the opportunity to provide comments on the proposed CIP. You may also share your comments by email, online, or US mail:

• Fill out our online CIP comment form—you'll find a link to it on the main CIP page starting March 24 

• Mail a letter to: MBTA Capital Investment Plan, c/o Adam Kamoune, 10 Park Plaza, Suite 3830, Boston, MA 02116

Please note that all comments must be received by April 25.
