The purpose of this meeting is to provide the public with a project status update and opportunity to become fully acquainted with the proposed Leverett Circle Pedestrian Bridge project. All views and comments made at the meeting will be reviewed and considered to the maximum extent possible.
The proposed project consists of designing a new ADA accessible overhead/pedestrian bridge over O’Brien Highway and Nashua Street which connects directly to the MBTA Science Park Station on the Green Line. At-grade improvements will also be made to the intersection below. The proposed bridge structure will provide multi-modal accommodations for pedestrians and cyclists.
In case of inclement weather, meeting cancellation announcements will be posted on the internet at http://www.massdot.state.ma.us/Highway/
