You are invited to attend a special workshop on leveraging successful public/private partnerships that will be held on Tuesday, October 9th in conjunction with the ULI Fall Meeting in Boston.
This training is for public and private sector stakeholders interested in learning more about public/private partnerships and how to put them into action in their communities. The workshop will draw from the principles laid out in ULI's recent publication – Successful Public/Private Partnerships from Principles to Practice – as well as local and national case studies demonstrating how P3s have been successful. An interactive exercise will enable attendees to see how to put P3 tools into practice and how to evaluate future P3 projects.
Who should attend?
Economic development officials, local elected officials, planners, city managers and administrators, as well as private sector developers who engage, or are interested in engaging, in public/private partnerships.
Registration & Cost
Workshop registration rates include lunch and a hard copy of the ULI report. Space is limited, and attendees are not required to attend the ULI Fall Meeting, or be a ULI member, in order to attend this workshop.
