The Boston Region Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) is establishing a policy to safeguard against unintentional discrimination when making decisions about investments in the transportation system. The MPO invites the public to participate in the development of this Disparate Impact and Disproportionate Burden (DI/DB) Policy.

This is the third of three scheduled stakeholder working group meetings. A presentation of policy recommendation to the MPO and endorsement of final policy will be scheduled for the autumn.
