The Urbanism Summit convenes urbanists of all backgrounds for two days of regionally-focused idea-sharing, storytelling and collaboration. It is organized by CNU New England, your local connection to the Congress for the New Urbanism (CNU), a national organization promoting walkable, neighborhood-based development as an alternative to sprawl. 

Day One of the Summit features a tour of Harvard Square with John DiGiovanni, president of the Harvard Square Business Association, followed by a keynote speech and a kickoff party at the Middlesex Lounge with Robin Chase, co-founder and CEO of Zipcar. Day Two features a day of engaging presentations by a number of leaders in the fields of city planning, architecture and sustainable mobility—including our very own Stacy Thompson!
