The Boston Planning & Development Agency will host a meeting discussing the remodeling of the location's existing structure and its conversion to a car dealership and service facility. The remodeled building will be single-story and will include showroom, customer support areas, business areas, and a full service garage with approximately 21 service bays. The remodeled building area will be reduced to approximately 22,400 gsf. Additional 44 parking spaces will be provided for all.
