The Boston Planning & Development Agency will explain the Request for Proposals (RFP) process for Parcel P-12 with the community. P-12, located on Tremont Street between the Doubletree Hotel and a Tufts New England Medical Center parking garage, is in the Mid-Town Cultural Zoning District and South Cove Urban Renewal Area. This site offers the potential for a mixed-use development that can create synergy with the neighboring uses and communities that are present in the area. BPDA will discuss P-12’s characteristics in detail and engage the community to discuss potential development guidelines to be included in the RFP.
