The Parcel 12 site is located on Tremont Street between the Doubletree Hotel and a Tufts New England Medical Center parking garage, in the Mid-Town Cultural District and South Cove Urban Renewal Area. In an effort to encourage mixed-use development on this site, the Boston Planning & Development Agency will present draft development guidelines to the community which are based upon feedback received at the January 19 community workshop. These guidelines are slated to be part of a Request for Proposals to be issued for P-12.
