Attend this public meeting to learn about two planned new hotel buildings. The first, at 655–665 Beacon Street, would have approximately 382 rooms, be approximately 24 stories (260 feet) high, and have a gross floor area of approximately 161,000 square feet. On the adjacent parcel of land at 651 Beacon Street, a second hotel would be constructed. This hotel would have approximately 295 hotel rooms, be approximately 19 stories (210 feet) high, and have a gross floor area of approximately 186,000 square feet.
