Join the Environmental League of Massachusetts this Earth Month for "Climate &..." a weekly lunchtime webinar series featuring timely conversations on intersectional climate issues.

In these four sessions, they will convene a diverse array of thought leaders to explore how Massachusetts can fight the climate crisis while building a healthy, green, just, and prosperous future for the people of the Commonwealth.

Moderator:
Bethany Patten - She is a Lecturer & Senior Associate Director of the Sustainability Initiative at the MIT Sloan School of Management. Bethany is an active contributor across MIT, where she serves on the Vice President for Research’s Climate Action Advisory Committee and has directed and advises the MIT Sustainability Summit.

Panelists:
Ivan Frishberg - He is the Director of Impact Policy for Amalgamated Bank and Amalgamated Charitable Foundation. Ivan leads Amalgamated’s impact work including Amalgamated Bank’s carbon and climate commitments, innovative approaches to measurement of the bank’s social and environmental impact, and engagement initiatives on behalf of shareholders and Amalgamated Bank’s clients.

Michael Kennealy - As Secretary of Housing and Economic Development, Mike Kennealy is responsible for advancing the Baker-Polito Administration’s agenda to create economic opportunity for residents, collaborative leadership in communities, an environment that supports job creation and business growth, and new housing for residents through targeted investments.

Lauren Jones - She is the Executive Vice President of the Massachusetts Business Roundtable focused on public policy to strengthen the state’s economic vitality. Over the years, Lauren has gained extensive experience in policy, communications, and strategic planning working in local and state government.
