Public Works will reconstruct Cummins Highway from River Street to the intersection of Harvard Street and Wood Avenue.
We have invited the City’s Office of Arts and Culture to join our next Cummins Highway public meeting. We will learn about the City’s Percent for Art program and the likely process for public art as part of the Cummins Highway reconstruction project.
Interpretation in Haitian Creole and Spanish will be provided.
