Join Lieutenant Governor Karyn Polito, MassDOT Highway Administrator Jonathan Gulliver and local officials at a ribbon cutting event for the Bruce Freeman Rail Trail, Phase 2A. This approximately 5 mile rail-to-trail project begins at the end of Phase 1 section of the Bruce Freeman Rail Trail in Westford and continues along the former New Haven Railroad Framingham and Lowell Line through Westford, Carlisle and Acton.
