Community meeting regarding the proposed South Bay project (the "Proposed Project"). Additionally, we will be discussing the proposed Development Plan for Planned Development Area No.103 (the "PDA") associated with the project proposal. The Proposed Project will consist of the redevelopment of a series of under-utilized parcels into a transit oriented, mixed-use neighborhood. It includes approximately 113,000 square feet of retail and dining space, a twelve screen cinema, approximately 475 residential units, a hotel with approximately 130 rooms, new public spaces, streetscape upgrades, and associated parking. The Proposed Project will be located on all or portions of eleven parcels of land, totaling approximately 10.6 acres or 463,110 square feet (the “Project Site”).
