This is a public meeting to discuss the Stop & Shop Supermarket Company's proposal to redevelop the existing approximately 10.6-acre Project Site at 60 Everett Street in Allston with a phased mixed-use, transit-oriented development consisting of residential, office, a flagship grocery store, as well as other ground floor retail, restaurant, and fitness uses. ln addition, the Proposed Project will include a new approximately 24,000 square foot (half-acre) community green.
