The Advocacy Committee meets monthly to discuss the current work of LivableStreets and provide peer-to-peer support on projects that are being led by committee members. This month, the Advocacy Committee is going on field trip!
We'll be gathering between New Washington Street and Forest Hills Station at 6:15pm. We'll depart promptly at 6:30pm for a 1.2 mile walk down Washington Street to Redd's in Rozzie, where we'll debrief on the walk, eat/drink, and hang out. While walking, we'll discuss the Casey Arborway Project, the Roslindale Gateway Path, the Blackwell Path extension, a potential bus priority project along the corridor. If folks can't make it for the walk, they can meet up with the group at Redd's around 7:30pm where there will be food and drink available for purchase.
If you are new and interested in the committee, come to Forest Hills Station from 6:15-6:30pm to learn more about the committee before we depart on the walk!
