Seaport Strategic Transit Plan Public Meeting & Open House

The Seaport Strategic Transit Plan will identify specific recommendations to improve the operations, capacity, and connectivity of the transit network (MBTA buses, Red and Silver Line stations, shuttles, ferries, etc.) serving Boston’s Seaport District. Building on past studies, the Plan will study current connections and recommend specific improvements in the short term and for the next 15 years and beyond. The Plan is being undertaken by the City of Boston, led by the BPDA with support from the Boston Transportation Department. The Plan is also coordinating with MassDOT and the MBTA, Massport, the Seaport TMA and the Massachusetts Convention Center Authority.

At this public meeting, you will have the opportunity to meet the project team and learn about the strategic plan to improve Seaport District transit. There will then be a presentation followed by breakout sessions, where you can share your ideas on goals, connections, and priorities.
