Cambridge Bicycle Safety is urging the City of Cambridge to act with more urgency in building out a network of protected bike lanes. At this meeting, the City will present on proposed changes to the Porter Square intersection and solicit community feedback.

The project incorporates some limited pedestrian, bicyclist and vehicular improvements within the existing curb geometry but does NOT include protected bike lanes or improved traffic calming to protect pedestrians.
