The Boston Cyclists Union is holding urgent action this Thursday at 8am to demand protected bike lanes on Park Drive and Fenway and to make safety improvements to the Landmark Intersection. As many people as possible are needed to join this demonstration to convince the Department of Conservation and Recreation (DCR) to make protected bike lanes the norm on roads like these.
Gather at the intersection of Fenway and Brookline Ave., and begin creating a people-protected bike lane on Fenway at 8 a.m. sharp. The BCU will have 8.5 x 11 signs for you and feel free to bring your own asking DCR for protection and safety on their parkways.
