Developers for the proposed Parcel 12 project have been collecting community feedback about their initial designs. At this Citizens Advisory Committee (CAC) Meeting, the Proponent will present proposed modifications to the design, in response to feedback and comments received through the public comment period and in public meetings.
The latest version of the plans has 3 pick-up/drop-off spots along part of Mass Ave, where there is a bus stop and a bike lane. We are advocating to retain this bus/bike space and strongly suggest moving those pick-up/drop-off spots around the corner onto Newbury Street. In order for better bus operations and safer bicycling, cars should not be given new spaces on Mass Ave.
