Parcel 10 (Madison Tropical) and Parcel 9 (Melnea Hotel+Residences) are developments which are under the purview of the Roxbury Strategic Master Plan Oversight Committee. While both have their Article 80 approvals each has a designation attached to its respective development team.

This meeting will serve as a pre-cursor to reconstituting the Project Review Committee and will provide an opportunity for review of each development's current progress, program considerations and upcoming milestones.
