Massachusetts General Hospital submitted an Institutional Master Plan Notification Form (IMPNF)/ Small Project Review Application (SPRA) to the Boston Redevelopment Authority on March 8, 2010. The IMPNF/SPRA describes a new two-story building with a rooftop garden totaling approximately 8,000 SF proposed on land at the corner of Cambridge Street and North Grove Street.
