Join MAPC for our Annual Council Meeting at the Hawthorne Hotel in Downtown Salem. The theme will be "How Place Can Make us Healthy or Sick: Connections Between Public Health and the Built Environment." We will be joined by DPH Commissioner John Auerbach, and our Keynote Speaker will be Mark Fenton, a dynamic and nationally-recognized expert.
At this meeting, MAPC will also be presenting our Legislator of the Year Award, as well as the Eliot Scholarship. We will also be discussing and voting on the agency's Fiscal 2013 budget.
