Hammond Pond Access Enhancements Public Meeting

Hosted by the Commonwealth's Department of Conservation and Recreation (DCR)
At the public meeting, DCR will:

  • Provide an update on plans for Hammond Pond access enhancements
  • Review project schedule
  • Obtain public comments.

In 2011, DCR awarded a Partnerships Matching Funds grant to the Michael Rudyak Memorial Fund for a study on the technical and environmental feasibility of constructing public access enhancements. This meeting will provide an update on plans for expanding public access to Hammond Pond and efforts to increase the overall health of the pond.
