Eliot Memorial Improvements Project Public Meeting

The Department of Conservation and Recreation and The Esplanade Association are working together under DCR’s Partnership Matching Funds Program to restore the Charles Eliot Memorial. At the public meeting, DCR’s recommended design for the memorial and surrounding site will be presented.
