Project Description: The Mattapan Community Health Center (the “Proponent”) intends to construct a new community health center facility located at 1575 Blue Hill Avenue, only 0.4 miles from its current site. The new four story health center facility will house clinical space, office space, and two retail tenants on the ground floor with a total square footage of roughly 49,500 sq ft. The project will have 46 parking spaces located on the north side and rear of the building (the “Proposed Project”).
