The Hillery on E, LLC (the “Proponent”) proposes the rehabilitation and conversion of the Old St. Augustine’s School for use as a residential building, with thirty-nine (39) residential condominium units on four (4) levels, five (5) units will be designated affordable including on-site parking for forty-seven (47) vehicles.
