Kick off the fall season at the 8th Annual Boston Bike Film Festival

Mark your calendar for this festive event that raises funds for Massbike and Bikes Not Bombs. We outgrew the Brattle – so join us at the Regent Theatre in Arlington for a great bike-themed night out:

  • 5 PM: optional “Ride to the Movies” mellow group ride hosted by Bruce from Bike Rides For Ordinary People leaves from Park Street Station (Boston). Sign up here.
  • 7 PM: social hour! Features live music with Slow Boat Home, silent auction, door prizes, light bites from cyclist-favorite Redbones, and a cash bar. The first 100 attendees to arrive at the Festival will receive a free 24-hour pass for Hubway.
  • 8 PM: films! Some great features ranging from the hilarious “The Man Who Lived on His Bike” (complete with a “making of” companion piece); a feature on Georgena Terry, the barrier-breaking polio survivor behind Terry Bicycles; some inspiration from Bikes Not Bombs’ bike projects in Africa, and many more!

Tickets are $15 in advance, and $20 at the door – buy them now. See you at the movies!
