The proponent proposes to develop Bartlett Place, an innovative mixed-use residential, retail, commercial development, located on an approximately 8.59-acre brownfield site at 2565 Washington Street in Roxbury. This multi-phased development will commence with Phase 1 consisting of two mixed use buildings, totaling approximately 233,490 square feet (including structured parking) and a 0.36-acre public plaza.
