4th Annual Medford Historic Bike Tour

Meet Medford's Oldest Residents – the Trees! Touring the old trees of Medford is the theme of this year's bike tour. The ride begins at 10 a.m. at Whole Foods, Medford, and will conclude with lunch on the Royall House and Slave Quarters grounds.

Stops include the former Middlesex Canal aqueduct, Oak Grove Cemetery, the Medford Historical Society, Tufts University, Walnut and Pearl streets, and Stearns Avenue. Guides include local historian Dee Morris.

Ride distance is 6 to 7 miles. Helmets required.

Participation in the ride is free to Medford Historical Society and Royall House members and $5 for non-members and includes lunch and pre-ride refreshments.

Riders are invited to stay for a guided museum tour of the Royall House & Slave Quarters for a discounted admissions rate.
