It's once again time for the annual MIT Transportation and Commuting Fair. As with last year, the Fair will be held in the main hallway ("Student Street") of the Ray and Maria Stata Center. We again expect to reach a large audience of faculty, staff, and students this year. The Stata Center's main corridor is a busy route through the heart of MIT's campus, and should again provide a lively atmosphere for the event.

We invite your organization to attend the event to help broaden awareness of the transportation options available to the MIT Community. If you would like to participate, please RSVP by Friday, February 26, 2009 to reserve space for your organization.

Parking will be available for exhibitors in a nearby facility. If you will require parking, please note this when you RSVP. If you have any more questions regarding table set-up, power availability, or any other matters, please do not hesitate to contact
