Back River, Bear Cove, and Worlds End Ride

Join the MAPC's Landline Coalition  for the first of two summer rides to the South Shore. Meet at Rowes Wharf to catch a ferry, then experience the extensive trail system around the Back River in Weymouth. The group will head to Worlds End in time for sunset before returning to the Hingham Ferry.

This ride is part of the 2018 MAPC Summer Greenway Ride and Walk Series, which explores metro Boston's growing greenway and trail network. This network is part of MAPC's vision to connect 1400 miles throughout the Boston Region.

The purpose of the series is to show off new projects and advocate for completing the missing gaps. The events educate, entertain, and build the bond between users, designers, planners and advocates to work towards the goal of a connected active transportation network.
