This public meeting immediately follows the Impact Advisory Group meeting. At the public meeting, you will have the opportunity to comment on and discuss the proposal by QMG LaGrange, LLC to develop the approximately 8,759 square foot site at 47-55 LaGrange Street in the Midtown Cultural District of Boston. The existing site, located at the northeastern corner of LaGrange Street and Tamworth Street, consists of a surface parking lot. The site will be developed into an approximately 157,000 square foot residential building containing up to 176 units and 20 parking spaces.
