The Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation
(DCR) will hold public hearings regarding:

• The rescission of 350 CMR 2.00 and 350 CMR 12.00. These regulations, promulgated by the Metropolitan District Commission (MDC), a predecessor agency to DCR, relate to the use of reservations and parkways as well as the government and use of the waters of the Charles River Basin.

FOUNDRY TOUR AND INFORMATION DISCUSSION

Please join us on October 30th for a tour of the Foundry Building. Tours will be scheduled in 20 minute increments starting at 5pm, with the last one at 6pm. During the tour and at the informational session (see below) you will have the opportunity to give us feedback on future uses of the building.
