Since stepping into my role as Executive Director in 2016, the organization has grown in budget and staff capacity, allowing us to tackle some of the most pressing transportation issues in Metro Boston through our three program areas-- Better Buses, Emerald Network, and Vision Zero. Although we are a lean team of six, people often assume we have at least double that number based on what we are able to accomplish each year. Our secret? Strategically selecting our campaigns so we can win the ones that will have the biggest impact, and having a strong roster of passionate and dedicated volunteers!
