Secretary Pollack
All of us at LivableStreets extend our congratulations to now-former Board member and Chair of the Strategic Planning Committee, Stephanie Pollack, who was appointed Massachusetts Secretary of Transportation by Governor Baker last month.

We are so excited for her, and for the state: she will bring the same extraordinary passion, intelligence, and dedication to that role as she does to all her work. While we will miss her on the Board, we look forward to working with her in her new role.

Congratulations Stephanie!

I can't wait to dive into this year's work with our new staff, our board, and all of you.

The last month of travel woes has shown that we are far from realizing our vision, and in 2015 we will keep working to create more all-season, safe, and livable streets for you.

Best,

Jackie Douglas
Executive Director
