McCarthy meet up & public meeting May 31

Thursday, May 31

4:30-6:00 pm McCarthy Overpass Meet Up by LivableStreets
6:00-8:00 pm McCarthy Overpass Public Meeting by Somerville State Legislative Delegation and Somerville Mayor

What's happening? Somerville State Legislative Delegation and the City of Somerville want your input! MassDOT could repair or ground the McCarthy Overpass section of McGrath Highway. Repairing it would only be a temporary fix, and this would keep a dangerous highway in place for over 10 years.

Come to the McCarthy Overpass Meet Up to learn more about

Or this?

LivableStreets supports the removal of the McCarthy Overpass along the McGrath Highway. Instead of a highway bisecting Somerville, LivableStreets advocates for neighborhood streets that provide safe, convenient access for all road users. Whether you are a commuter or a community member, speak up in support of the removal of the McCarthy Overpass.
