RULES OF THE ROAD

Even if you ride everyday – it's always good to scan the rules of the road:

  • Obey all the rules of the road
  • Use hand signals to let people know you plan to stop or turn
  • Give pedestrians the right of way
  • Helmets must be worn by all riders (for this ride)

10-Mile Urban Ride

The 10-mile bike route is designed for experienced and newer bicyclists with some on-street riding experience. The route traces through the Arnold Arboretum, the new bicycle rotary, and Franklin Park. The ride will be led by an experienced leader and ride marshals. Register here!

No bike? No problem! Blue Bikes will be available at Green Street Station and on the corner of Washington St and Williams St and we have Explorer Passes so you have a FREE ride! Email [email protected] to claim your pass.


4-Mile Family Ride

The Tour de Streets family ride is 4 miles of calm, fun biking for kids and their families. Kids as young as 4 years-old on balance bikes (but probably not training wheels) should be able to complete this route! The ride will be led by a team of experienced family riders. Register here!
