Quincy Commons Community Meeting

Nuestra Communidad is proposing to construct a 40-unit elderly rental housing project on the corner of Quincy Street and Blue Hill Avenue in Roxbury. The project will include 40 units of elderly housing, 28 parking spaces, 6,000 square feet of commercial retail space and 10,000 square feet of open space.

Nuestra Communidad will be filing their Article 80E Small Project Application on Thursday June 18, 2009. The 30-day comment period will begin at that point and will end on July 20, 2009. The BRA will be sponsoring a public meeting for the project on:
