Forest Hills Improvement Initiative; Community Meeting
In response to concerns raised at the June 26th Community Meeting, two additional Community Meetings have been scheduled for the Forest Hills Improvement Initiative.
Please join us for the second of the two meetings on Tuesday, September 23rd from 6:00 to 9:00 PM at Boston English High School; 144 McBride Street (enter on Williams Street).
A light supper and refreshments will be available at 5:30. Translation to Spanish and other languages will be provided if requested by August 11th; direct requests to John Dalzell.
This meeting will focus on the final planning phase recommendations and community participation in the next steps for improving Forest Hills. This will be an interactive meeting structured to address concerns regarding Design Guideline recommendations for building height, character, uses, housing affordability, and strategies to address traffic impacts, transportation and streetscape improvements goals, public safety, and community participation in the next steps for improving Forest Hills.
Community participation is of great importance to us and to the success of the process; please assistance us in reaching out to the community by forwarding this notice onto friends, neighbors, and contacts who you think might like to participate.
