Public Meeting Regarding Seaport Square

The Boston Redevelopment Authority will host a public meeting regarding Seaport Square.

Project Proponent: MS Boston Seaport, LLC
Project Description: The Proponent filed a Project Notification Form proposing to build an approximately 6.5 million square foot mixed-use project that will include approximately 2.75 million square feet of residential (approximately 2,500 units), approximately 1.4 million square feet of office and research space, approximately 1.25 million square feet of retail, approximately 600,000 square feet of educational, civic, and cultural uses, approximately 500,000 square feet of hotel space (approximately 700 rooms), as well as below-grade parking garages that will accommodate approximately 6,500 cars, and open space. The proposed Seaport Square project includes 23 acres of vacant parking lots in South Boston, which are generally bounded by Northern Avenue, Seaport Boulevard, Congress Street and Summer Street.
