Community Meeting: East Boston Municipal Harbor Plan Amendment

The Boston Redevelopment Authority will host a community meeting to discuss the East Boston Municipal Harbor Plan Amendment and an associated map and text amendment to the East Boston Neighborhood District (Article 53).

The proposed Boston Zoning Code (BZC) map and text amendment reflects the East Boston community’s waterfront redevelopment goals and allows for the implementation of the East Boston Municipal Harbor Plan (EBMHP) Amendment. The proposed BZC amendment will allow for Planned Development Areas (PDAs) in Waterfront Commercial subdistricts.
